INAF queue observing, 2026 Feb 04 - Feb 05

Observer: Andrea Rossi, Felice Cusano, Ezequiel Marchesini
Support: Justin Ruppert
Telescope Operator: Jon Rees
Instrument: LBC/PEPSI

Summary

These observations have been performed in C-19 mode by Felice Cusano, Ezequiel Marchesini and Andrea Rossi.
At sunset the sky is clear, the wind is high, but still below the limit for opening. Shark can not point in the direction of the wind and they only have target in that part of the sky. We switch to LBC, but the seeing was too bad for the science programs. We moved to PEPSI at 04:10 UT.

Summary

These observations have been performed in C-19 mode by Silvia Tosi and Felice Cusano

At sunset the sky is cloudy, but we open. SHARKs decided to give up after trying to observe. We start with LUCI-bino at 2:50. The first part of the night was characterized by high and variable seeing. Some cirrus were present during the middle parte of the night. Toward the end the situation improved, with no clouds and good seeing.
