In the modseng folder there is only the dual grating version of slitflats_5as.cal; we change the script to have the red-only version (it can be found in 2014/MODS/CalibScript).
We initially run a test with only an image to check counts
- execMODS slitflats_r_5as.cal
mods1r.20150318.0033
- counts are good (around 27000-28000)
- only one image again
mods1r.20150318.0034
We run the complete script
- execMODS slitflats_r_5as.cal
