Summary

At sunset temperature is -5.2°C, wind is 8 m/s, humidity is at 38%. Sky is clear.
We got cirrus during all night, seeing very variable between 0.7 < s < 2; wind stable at ~10 m/s.
After 6:30 UT we had a primary issue which forces to stay above 60deg elevation for the rest of the night, and thus we had to switch to LUCI targets.
We switched to PEPSI at 10:30 UT.
